We strive to provide an excellent online shopping experience for all of our customers. However, if you have a problem with a product or its size, we allow an order or article exchange within 30 days of purchase/delivery. For any product-related issues, please contact our customer service department by calling or emailing Support@limup.com and including the purchased item, invoice, and tags in their original packing and unused condition.
REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Refunds are granted for whatever the reason is e.g. the product is found to be damaged or when the product received differs from the order. Damage should be reported to LIMUP in writing within 12 hours of receiving the product. The items must be returned to LIMUP with their original packaging, labels, and price tags. LIMUP will only handle a refund once the product has been received and the reason for the damage has been confirmed.
Please make sure you order the correct size when placing your order but still if anything goes wrong, LIMUP does have a policy of exchanging sizes when customers order the wrong size, however at our discretion, we may accommodate our clients and exchange the size as per the exchange policy, but shipping charges will apply on your side of delivery only.
